We support small, independent boutiques across Asia with access to curated European designer products through a flexible wholesale sourcing model.

Approved wholesale partners may order from our online catalogue or explore additional sourcing options beyond what is listed on the website, subject to availability.

Wholesale access is available to registered businesses only and is subject to approval.

Wholesale access is available to:
•    Registered retail businesses
•    Independent boutiques and concept stores
Wholesale access is not available to individual consumers or end users.

We currently ship to Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines.

Wholesale pricing is reserved for registered businesses to protect pricing integrity, support retail partners, and maintain a fair and sustainable wholesale environment.

Please note that our online catalogue reflects available products at a given point in time. Additional sourcing options may be available beyond the catalogue, subject to availability.

Order Flexibility
For orders placed through our online wholesale catalogue:
•    Orders may include any combination of available products and brands
•    Products may be selected across different categories and labels
•    Partners have the flexibility to test assortments and identify products that suit their customers
This flexibility applies to catalogue listed products only. Order structure and selection for linesheet buying, bulk offers, or custom sourcing may differ and will be communicated separately.

Approved wholesale partners may engage through the following options:

•    Catalogue Ordering
Browse available products through our online wholesale catalogue and submit an order request directly through our website.

•    Linesheet Buying
Availability-based linesheets may be shared upon request for selection and ordering. Products available through linesheets are typically not listed on our website due to the wide range of assortment. Please submit an enquiry for more information.

•    Bulk Offers
Selected products may be offered as a complete selection, with no individual item choice. In limited cases, partial selection may be available.

•    Custom Sourcing
We may support sourcing based on specific brand or product category requirements, subject to availability and sourcing feasibility.

Details, minimum order requirements, and timelines vary depending on the sourcing method and will be communicated directly with approved wholesale partners.

Minimum Order Requirements
We offer a one-time low-barrier introductory catalogue order to allow new wholesale partners to experience our service with a smaller initial commitment.

•    First catalogue order only: minimum of 5 pieces, with no minimum order value
•    Subsequent catalogue orders: a minimum order value will apply

Minimum order requirements may vary for linesheet buying, bulk offers, and custom sourcing. Full details are available to approved wholesale partners.

How It Works

2.    Receive access upon approval
3.    Browse the catalogue or enquire about additional sourcing options
4.    Submit an order request
5.    Product availability and shipping costs are reviewed
6.    A final invoice is issued for payment
7.    Products are sourced after payment is confirmed
8.    Orders are shipped according to the confirmed sourcing timeline

Payment Terms
Full payment is required before goods are sourced. Orders become binding upon receipt of payment.

Accepted payment methods:
•    Singapore businesses: PayNow (SGD)
•    All other regions: Bank transfer (EUR)
Wise is recommended for lower fees and efficient international transfers.

Shipping
•    Wholesale orders are shipped directly from Europe
•    Shipping costs are calculated based on product category, origin warehouse location, and destination.
•    Final shipping charges are included in the invoice prior to payment.
•    Orders may be shipped in multiple consignments depending on sourcing origin

Duties & Taxes
•    All duties, taxes, and import charges incurred at destination are the responsibility of the buyer
•    These charges are NOT included in wholesale pricing or shipping fees

Availability & Lead Time
•    Product availability is reviewed after an order request is submitted, prior to invoicing. Availability remains subject to change until products have been successfully procured, as stock may move quickly within the sourcing channels.
•    Prompt payment is recommended to reduce the risk of changes in availability.
•    If stock availability changes before procurement and the remaining order falls below the applicable minimum order requirement, the buyer may be asked to select additional products.
•    Products are sourced after payment confirmation.
•    Orders are typically shipped within 4–5 weeks from payment confirmation. Lead times may vary depending on brand availability, sourcing method, and logistics timelines.
•    Our product assortment is seasonal and continuously evolving based on availability and sourcing windows in Europe. In the event that any items cannot be fulfilled, the value of the unfulfilled items will be refunded to the buyer’s bank account.
