Shipping Overview
All wholesale orders are shipped from Europe based on the sourcing origin of the products. Shipping is arranged after payment has been received and forms part of the overall order fulfilment process.
How Shipping Costs Are Determined
Shipping costs are calculated at order level based on:
• Product categories ordered (e.g. handbags, small leather goods, accessories)
• Quantity and overall order composition
• Packaging requirements, including original brand boxes
• Origin warehouse location
• Destination country
Shipping rates are reviewed periodically to ensure alignment with carrier pricing.
Shipping Estimates
Shipping costs depend on several factors, including the order type, product mix, quantity, destination, and overall shipment profile.
To request a shipping estimate, please complete the form in the link below with your order details. Once submitted, we will review the information provided and revert with an estimate. The estimate provided is for reference only, and shipping rates may be updated periodically due to changes in prevailing carrier rates. Final shipping charges will be confirmed and reflected in the invoice prior to payment.

Shipping Method & Lead Time
Delivery terms: FCA (Free Carrier)
Under FCA terms, we are responsible for arranging and dispatching the shipment. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the carrier. The buyer is responsible for the shipment from that point onwards, including transit risks, import clearance, and any duties or taxes at destination.
Carrier
Orders are typically shipped via DHL for catalogue orders, but may vary for linesheet buying, bulk offers and custom sourcing and will be communicated once shipment is arranged.
Lead Time
Orders are typically shipped within 4–5 weeks from payment confirmation
Additional Notes:
• Lead times may vary depending on product availability, sourcing method, and logistics timelines.
• Orders may be shipped in one or multiple shipments depending on origin warehouse location, supplier, and product availability.
• Lead times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• In the event of delays, we will follow up and provide updates where reasonably possible.
• We may assist in arranging shipment insurance upon request. Any insurance coverage is subject to the terms of the carrier or insurance provider, and responsibility transfers to the buyer once goods are handed over to the carrier.
• We may assist in coordinating communication with the carrier or insurer in the event of loss or damage during transit. Claims are subject to the terms of the carrier or insurance provider, and we do not assume liability for outcomes of such claims.
Unfulfilled Items & Refunds
In the event that any items cannot be fulfilled:
• Before payment: Affected items will be adjusted or removed from the invoice prior to payment.
• After payment: Refunds for affected items will be processed after final order quantities are confirmed and goods have been shipped.
Duties & Taxes
• All duties, taxes, and import charges incurred at destination are the responsibility of the buyer.
• These charges are NOT included in wholesale pricing or shipping fees.
