You may apply by submitting a wholesale account application through our website. Access to our catalogue and wholesale pricing is granted upon approval.
Does submitting an application guarantee approval?
No, submission of a wholesale application does not guarantee approval. All applications are reviewed, and access is granted at our discretion.
Why can’t I see pricing without an approved account?
Wholesale pricing is reserved for approved business partners to protect wholesale pricing, support retail partners, and maintain a fair and sustainable wholesale environment.
What brands do you carry?
Our catalogue features a curated selection of European designer products. Brands featured may change based on availability and sourcing windows. Brands available through linesheet buying, bulk offers, or custom sourcing may not be listed in our catalogue at all times.
Is your product assortment fixed?
No, our product assortment is seasonal and continuously evolving based on availability and sourcing opportunities in Europe.
Are you affiliated with any brands?
No, J’s Luxe Edit operates as an independent reseller and wholesale sourcing partner and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any brands.
Are your products authentic?
Yes. All products supplied are 100% authentic, sourced through trusted sourcing channels in Europe, and supplied with original brand packaging.
What buying options do you offer beyond the catalogue?
In addition to catalogue ordering, we also support:
• Linesheet buying: Availability is checked based on your requested brand or product category. Where available, a linesheet will be provided for selection and ordering.
• Bulk offers: Selected products may be offered as a complete selection, with no individual item choice. In limited cases, partial selection may be available.
• Custom sourcing: Based on your requested brand or product category, we will review sourcing possibilities and may propose available selections where feasible.
What is the minimum order requirement?
For Catalogue Orders:
First order: Minimum of 5 units, with no minimum order value
Subsequent orders: Minimum order requirements apply.
For Linesheet Buying and Custom Sourcing:
Minimum order quantities may vary depending on the specific brand, product category, and sourcing opportunity.
For Bulk Offers:
Orders are typically offered as a complete selection, with quantities fixed as presented.

Can I mix brands and product categories in one order?
Yes, for catalogue orders. Catalogue orders are flexible and may include any combination of available products and brands. There are no restrictions on mixing categories or labels.
For linesheets, bulk offers, and custom sourcing, selection rules may differ and will be communicated prior to payment.
How does the ordering process work?
Once your wholesale account is approved:
1. Browse our catalogue or enquire about additional sourcing options
2. Submit an order request
3. Product availability and shipping costs are reviewed
4. A final invoice is issued for payment
5. Orders are sourced and shipped once payment is confirmed
When is payment required?
Full payment is required before goods are sourced. Orders become binding upon receipt of payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
Singapore businesses: PayNow (SGD)
All other regions: Bank transfer (EUR)
Wise is recommended for lower fees and efficient international transfers.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically shipped within 4 to 5 weeks from payment confirmation. Lead times may vary depending on product availability, sourcing method, and logistics timelines. In the event of delays, we will follow up and provide updates where reasonably possible.
Will my order be shipped in multiple shipments?
Orders may be shipped in one or multiple consignments depending on origin warehouse location or supplier.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated based on product category, packaging requirements, origin warehouse location, and destination. Final shipping charges are confirmed and included in the invoice prior to payment.
Approved wholesale partners may request for a shipping cost estimate within the Wholesale Dashboard for indicative estimates.

Are duties and taxes included?
No. All duties, taxes, and import charges incurred at destination are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in wholesale pricing or shipping fees.
What happens if an item cannot be fulfilled?
If any items cannot be fulfilled, quantities will be adjusted accordingly.
• Before payment: Adjustments will be reflected in the invoice.
• After payment: Refunds will be processed after final order quantities are confirmed and goods have been shipped.
